Job Title: Full Stack Engineer

Experience Required: 1 - 4 years

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate directly with founders, customers, and tech leads to define and execute product strategy. Design and develop scalable APIs, schemas, and data pipelines. Build responsive, user-friendly applications with React.js for seamless UX. Own the design and implementation of major features across frontend and backend. Optimize performance across APIs, rendering, and database queries. Write clean, well-documented, testable code (unit + integration tests). Contribute to DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for deployments and monitoring. Explore and integrate AI-driven solutions (LLMs, NLP for document processing, AI assistants for finance workflows).
Must Haves:

1-4 years of experience as a Software Engineer.

Strong hands-on experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). Solid understanding of relational databases and schema design. Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript. Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn new technologies.
Good to Haves:

Prior experience at an early-stage startup. Experience in high-context and fast-paced environments. Exposure to AI / new-age SaaS product building (internships count). Passion to build best-in-class B2B AI SaaS products. Exposure to fintech product development Understanding of accounting statements and financial methods. Experience with AI/ML development (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, NLP, recommendation systems, fraud detection). Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
