JobType: full-timeRequirements:About the Role:We are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Engineer with hands-on experience in Salesforce development to join our growing technology team. In this role, you will play a critical part in building, optimizing, and maintaining full-stack applications that integrate deeply with Salesforce. You will work across the stack-front-end, back-end, and Salesforce platform-to deliver high-performance, scalable business solutions that drive impact across the organization.This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer looking to deepen their Salesforce expertise while applying modern web development practices in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Salesforce Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
• Customize Salesforce to meet business requirements and integrate with other systems through RESTful and SOAP APIs.
• Full Stack Engineering:

• Build end-to-end features that span front-end web applications and back-end services, leveraging JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React.js, Angular) and backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Java, or Python).
• Develop and manage databases and server-side logic to support application functionality.
• System Integration:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to implement and maintain integrations between Salesforce and internal/external systems.
• Ensure seamless data flows and secure data exchange through middleware or direct API integrations.
• Performance Optimization & Debugging:

• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot technical issues across the stack.
• Implement best practices for scalability, security, and reliability.
• Collaboration & Agile Development:

• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews as part of an Agile/Scrum team.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA to deliver quality software on time.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer with Salesforce development expertise.
• Proficient in Salesforce customization and configuration, including Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Flow Builder.
• Solid experience in front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Strong understanding of backend development using Node.js, Java, Python, or equivalent technologies.
• Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and version control systems like Git.

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Admin).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools in a Salesforce context.
• Familiarity with Heroku, MuleSoft, or other Salesforce ecosystem tools is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
