We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Full Stack MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) Developers to join our dynamic team and contribute to groundbreaking projects in the technology domain. Role: Full Stack MERN Developer As a Full Stack MERN Developer at Turbostart Technology Centre (T2C), you will play a key role in developing innovative solutions and products. You will work closely with startup founders, technology experts, and cross-functional teams to address complex challenges and drive technological excellence. Location: Bangalore/Jaipur Job Type: Full-time Experience Level: 2-6 Years What You\'ll Do: Collaborate to understand technology needs and challenges. Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js). Translate business requirements into technical specifications and execute full software development life cycles. Create responsive and user-friendly web interfaces, emphasizing usability and performance optimization. Implement secure user authentication and authorization systems. Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and performance tuning of applications. Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to colleagues. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies. Collaborate within an Agile development environment, contributing to sprint planning and execution. Demonstrate problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions. Skills Required: Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on the MERN stack. Excellent proficiency in JavaScript and its modern frameworks (React, Node.js). Experience with RESTful API development and integration. Solid understanding of databases. Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git. Knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Effective communication and collaboration skills within a team. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure). Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Previous involvement in Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Exposure to Salesforce is preferred.
