Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and manage
high-performing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns

Monitor
daily campaign performance
and make real-time optimizations to maximize ROI.
Conduct
keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis

Create compelling
ad copies, visuals, and landing page recommendations
to boost conversions.
Track, analyse, and report on
key performance metrics
(CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions, etc.).
Collaborate with the sales/marketing team to align campaigns with
business objectives

Stay updated with the
latest trends and best practices
in paid advertising.
Requirements
Minimum
1 year of proven experience
managing successful Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns.
Strong ability to
drive measurable sales results
through paid ads.
Deep knowledge of
campaign setup, targeting, bidding strategies, and optimization
.
Hands-on experience with
Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager
, and other ad tracking tools.
Strong
analytical skills
with the ability to interpret data and make actionable improvements.
Excellent
communication skills
and creativity in ad copywriting & audience engagement.
Preferred Skills
Experience with
LinkedIn Ads, Instagram Ads
, or other digital ad platforms.
Knowledge of
SEO, email marketing, or funnel building
