Role Description - Full Stack Developer Trainer

The Full Stack Developer Trainer at Prinston Smart Engineers is responsible for delivering high-quality training programs designed to build industry-ready software development skills among students and professionals. The trainer will provide guidance in both frontend and backend technologies, foster hands-on project development, and mentor learners to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deliver training sessions on Full Stack Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js, Express, MongoDB/SQL, etc.). Create structured lesson plans, projects, and assignments that encourage practical, application-based learning. Mentor students on coding practices, debugging, and problem-solving techniques. Conduct workshops, bootcamps, and hackathons to promote innovation and skill enhancement. Continuously update training material in line with the latest industry trends and technologies. Assess learner performance through tests, projects, and feedback sessions. Collaborate with the academic and corporate training teams to ensure curriculum quality and relevance. Guide learners on career pathways, internships, and placement opportunities in the tech industry.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹300.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
