WHAT YOU WILL DO
As a
Full Stack Development Lead
, you will own the design and delivery of critical platform capabilities across UI, backend services, data, and AI layers. You will lead a high-performing India-based engineering team while collaborating closely with US product, quality, and regulatory stakeholders.

, with responsibility for architecture, code quality, and delivery in a
highly regulated SaaS environment

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Technical Leadership & Architecture
Own end-to-end architecture for a
cloud-native, regulated SaaS platform
Design scalable systems using
Angular, Rust, Node.js, Python, and GraphQL
Drive adoption of
event-driven and microservices architectures
Define secure, compliant patterns aligned with
GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and data integrity (ALCOA+)
Full Stack Development
Lead frontend development using
Angular
for complex, data-intensive UIs
Build high-performance backend services using
Rust (core services), Node.js, and Python
Design and implement
GraphQL APIs
for efficient data access and schema evolution
Integrate
AI/ML pipelines
, vector databases, and embedding-based search
Ensure auditability, traceability, and electronic record compliance
Data, AI & Advanced Capabilities
Architect and integrate
Vector Databases
(e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Azure AI Search)
Enable AI-driven use cases such as:
Intelligent parameter mapping
Recipe and logbook insights
Deviation detection and root-cause analysis
Partner with data science teams to productionize AI safely in regulated environments
Cloud, DevOps & Security
Lead Azure-native deployments using
Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
Design CI/CD pipelines with validation-friendly release processes
Enforce security controls: encryption, RBAC, audit logs, and data residency
Support infrastructure for
validated systems and controlled change management
Team Leadership & Delivery
Lead and mentor a team of 5-10 engineers
Own sprint planning, estimation, and delivery commitments
Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and technical risk assessments
Collaborate across time zones with US Product, QA, and Compliance teams
Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
Experience
Minimum of 8 years total experience
Minimum of 3 years leading product engineering teams
Education
B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Computer Science or related discipline
Equivalent practical experience acceptable

Observability and monitoring in regulated environments
Regulated Systems Experience (Strongly Preferred)
Life Sciences Manufacturing or Laboratory systems (MES, LES, LIMS)
GxP validation concepts: IQ/OQ/PQ, SDLC documentation
Electronic records & signatures (21 CFR Part 11)
Change control and release governance
