Are you an experienced Full Stack Developer ready to take on a leadership challenge?
We're looking for a Full Stack Development Lead to own end-to-end project delivery -- from design to deployment -- while mentoring a talented, global team.
In this role, you'll work across modern technologies like .NET, React, Node.js, and C#, building scalable, secure, and high-performing applications. You'll collaborate with teams across the U.S. and India, ensuring seamless delivery and innovation at every stage.
What You'll Do
Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications
Build modern, intuitive front-end interfaces and robust backend services
Drive best practices in performance, scalability, and security
Mentor developers and foster a collaborative, learning-driven environment
Work in an Agile/Scrum setup to ensure quality and timely delivery
What We're Looking For
12+ years of full-stack development experience
Strong expertise in .NET, React, Node.js, and C#
Deep understanding of SQL, RESTful APIs, Azure, and responsive web design
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-border teams
Location: Bangalore (Onsite)
