Hiring for Full Stack Developer-Chennai, Pune, Mumbai
Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and passionate Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in Node.js and React.js to join our development team. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications from front-end to back-end. You should be comfortable with both client-side and server-side programming and be passionate about delivering high-quality, performant, and maintainable code.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop responsive, high-performance web applications using React.js for the front end and Node.js for the back end.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to define, design, and deliver new features.
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and services.
Integrate third-party APIs and services as needed.
Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.
Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and agile ceremonies.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
Maintain and manage databases, both SQL and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
Implement security and data protection best practices.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
3+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
Strong proficiency with JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and JavaScript object model.
In-depth knowledge of Node.js and Express.js.
Hands-on experience with React.js, Redux, and related front-end tools.
Experience with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
Understanding of RESTful API design and development.
Knowledge of modern front-end build pipelines and tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.).
Experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing frameworks.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with TypeScript.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Familiarity with GraphQL.
