Job Title: Full Stack Developer with AI
Location: Bangalore and Noida (Work from Office)

Key Responsibilities:

• Excellent problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to identify issues resolve them quickly and know when to rely on internal resources to assist

• An innovative thinker, collaborative business partner, who is well-organized and detail oriented with strong stakeholder management
• Strong presentation skills to be able to communicate complex business process/system topics effectively to senior stakeholders
• Participate in Discovery sessions to identify business priorities and expectations of authoring experiences in CMS
• Leading/Participating in brainstorming sessions and ability to estimate efforts within the defined scope
• Ability to understand and develop automation workflows leveraging automation tools like MS Power Automate
• Expertise in development, especially NODE JS and REACT JS
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model. Proficiency in Python, Java, and other enterprise grade languages is a plus
• Design, build, and maintain highly reusable JavaScript, HTML and CSS code

• Be an expert in our Digital Media products, primarily Firefly, Adobe Express, Adobe Express Embed SDK, Adobe Express Add Ons, Adobe Firefly Services, and Custom Models. Have an intimate understanding of its functionality, its technical capabilities and how it delivers value.
• Be a specialist on the Adobe products; an expert in the APIs; their uses and limitations, and a master of their SDKs
• Possess deep knowledge and proficiency in programming languages, frameworks, and development tools relevant to the industry. This includes a strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
• Analyze complex technical challenges and devise effective solutions is crucial. This involves the ability to troubleshoot issues, debug code, and propose innovative approaches to meet client requirements.
• Effective communication is essential to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. This includes the ability to listen actively, articulate ideas clearly, and adapt communication style based on the audience, whether it's clients, project managers, product managers, or fellow developers
• Experience in consulting roles is valuable as it involves understanding client needs, gathering requirements, and providing expert advice tailored to specific business objectives. This includes the ability to translate technical jargon into understandable language for clients and stakeholders.
• Continuous Learning: The technology landscape evolves rapidly, so a technical consultant should demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and methodologies. This may involve participating in training programs, attending conferences, and pursuing relevant certifications to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Help customers to successfully adopt Adobe solutions after their implementation. This includes training end users and admins, proposing and delivering new use cases
