Scrum Master with 10+ years of full stack development experience using C#, .Net Core and React JS

Responsibilities:

End to End Application Development + Scrum Master Independently develop End to End application, Setup DevOps strategy, Versioning and Branching strategy, CI CD pipelines, Configuration Lead, Understand the business purpose of user stories and define and analyze possible alternative ways of satisfying the business purpose of the story Plan and estimate development tasks with other developers that are required to fulfill the story Work with the Product Owner and other team members to clarify and further define the details of how the story should be implemented Provide guidance to other developers as necessary who are engaged in development tasks associated with the story including working with developers to design algorithms and flowcharts Work as part of a cross-functional team on code reviews, internal infrastructure, and process enhancement Translate of UI/UX wireframes to visual elements & implement robust set of services and APIs Build reusable code and libraries for future use Optimize the application for maximum speed and scalability Integrate software components and third-party programs Develop & maintain unit and integration tests Produce software that supports UI automation Verify and deploy programs and systems Recommend and execute improvements Create technical documentation for reference and reporting Take the overall responsibility for "shepherding" the story through the process all the way to (and including) UAT - lead the presentation of the completed story to the Product Owner in the Sprint Review

Education and Experience

At least 10 yrs of experience. B.E /B.Tech (Computer Science)

Work Experience

Mandatory Skills:

Good experience in web applications development React JS, C#, .Net Core, MS Azure, SQL Server, Entity Framework, Agile Scrum Experience with microservices and distributed applications, containers, Kubernetes MS Azure Cloud App/Services Unit & Integration Tests Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

Highly preferred skills

Good to have knowledge on React, SQL, Entity Framework (EF) and cloud services (Azure) Ability to learn new languages and technologies * Knowledge in UI automation for React Web apps
