Position Title: Full Stack Developer

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science 3+ years of experience in Full Stack development Proficiency with Scrum/Agile development methodologies Proven experience in building object-oriented web applications Strong communication skills with team management and collaboration

Skills Required:

MERN/ MEAN Stack Spring Boot Agile Development Java JavaScript

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and test complete end-to-end applications for mobile and web Proactively identify performance bottlenecks and inefficiencies; diagnose and resolve bugs efficiently Demonstrate leadership through influence, trust, and empathy, ensuring that junior developers feel confident to ask questions, experiment, and challenge themselves without fear of failure. Work closely with a diverse, cross-functional team of product managers, designers, and engineers to shape and deliver innovative features that have a real impact on our users. Set the standard for best practices in software development, ensuring that the team adheres to high-quality coding standards, design patterns, and efficient development processes.
