Profile- Tech Lead /Sr Full Stack Developer

Experience: 10years -15 years

Ctc- upto 25 Lpa (Depends on interview)

Working Days- 5 days (9:30 am-6:30 pm )

Job Summary

:

We are looking for a

hands-on Tech Lead

who can own the

technical direction, system design, and implementation quality

of our

high data-intensive, real-time monitoring enterprise web application

.

The ideal candidate combines

deep expertise in C# .NET Core, Angular, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Docker, Redis, and SignalR

with strong

leadership, mentoring, and code quality

skills. You will lead a team of engineers, drive design and implementation decisions, and ensure we build a robust, scalable, and maintainable platform.

Key Responsibilities



Technical Leadership & System Design

Own the

technical direction, system/component design, and implementation approach

for the product, especially for real-time, high throughput data processing and visualization. Make well-informed decisions on

scalability, performance, security, availability, and observability

at the code and solution level. Evaluate and introduce

appropriate design patterns, frameworks, and libraries

where they add value.

Hands-on Development



Act as a

strong individual contributor

: design, develop, and review complex features using:
o

Backend:

C#, .NET Core / ASP.NET Core

o

Frontend:

Angular, TypeScript

o

Data & Infra:

PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, SignalR

Lead by example with

clean, maintainable, and testable code

.

Code Quality & Standards



Define, implement, and enforce coding standards, best practices, and guidelines across the team. Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure quality, consistency, performance, and security. Drive practices like unit testing, integration testing, code coverage, static analysis, refactoring, and technical debt management.

Team Leadership & People Development



Provide

technical guidance, mentoring, and coaching

to developers (Junior, Mid, Senior). Help team members with

design decisions, debugging, and problem solving

. o Foster a culture of

ownership, continuous learning, collaboration, and psychological safety

. Work closely with

Scrum Masters, Product Owners, QA, and other stakeholders

to ensure smooth delivery.

Delivery & Process Excellence



Break down complex problems into well-defined tasks and user stories. Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features with Agile / Scrum practices. Identify and proactively resolve technical risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies. Collaborate with DevOps/infra teams on CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, and monitoring.

Stakeholder Collaboration



Partner with

Product Management

to understand business needs and translate them into

practical technical solutions

. Communicate technical trade-offs, risks, and solutions effectively to

technical and non-technical stakeholders

.

Required Qualifications & Experience



12-15 years

of overall experience in software development. Strong

hands-on

experience with:

C#, .NET Core / ASP.NET Core

(must)

Angular

and

TypeScript

(must)

PostgreSQL

(data modeling, performance tuning, indexing, query optimization).

Docker

(containerization for services/applications).

Redis

(caching, pub/sub, performance optimization).

SignalR

or equivalent real-time communication frameworks (WebSockets, event streaming). Proven experience building and scaling

real-time, data-intensive enterprise web applications

. Strong understanding of

software design and patterns

(e.g., DDD, CQRS, SOLID, layered design, modular monolith, etc.). Demonstrated

leadership experience

as a Tech Lead / Lead Engineer / Senior Engineer responsible for guiding a team. Excellent

code review skills

and strong understanding of

coding standards and best practices

. Solid knowledge of

CI/CD practices

, version control (Git), and modern dev workflows.

Domain & Nice-to-Have



Experience in Power, Utilities, or Energy domain

(e.g., real-time monitoring, asset performance, grid/transformer/cable monitoring, APM) is a

strong plus

. Experience with

performance tuning, high-availability, and fault-tolerant systems

. o Exposure to

cloud platforms

(Azure / AWS / GCP) and relevant services for real-time data and monitoring. Experience collaborating with

QA, Product, and Support

for end-to-end solution delivery.
