About the Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team and work on multiple innovative projects, including ERP systems, AI-powered social media platforms, and other AI-driven applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both frontend and backend development and the ability to own full lifecycle development -- from architecture, coding, testing, and integration to deployment, scaling, and monitoring.

This is a high-impact role for someone passionate about building scalable applications, integrating AI, and deploying production-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Development

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications for ERP, AI-social media, and AI-related projects.

Work on frontend (UI/UX) and backend (APIs, business logic, databases) development.

System Design & Architecture

Architect and implement secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions.

Integrate AI/ML models into applications where required.

Deployment & DevOps

Manage end-to-end deployment across cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, or similar).

Set up CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and monitoring systems.

Collaboration & Agile Practices

Work closely with product managers, AI engineers, and UI/UX designers.

Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies.

Performance & Security

Optimize applications for maximum performance and responsiveness.

Implement security best practices across frontend, backend, and cloud deployments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Frontend: React.js, Angular, or Vue.js; HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript.

Backend: Node.js, Express.js, Python (Django/FastAPI/Flask), or Java (Spring Boot).

Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or equivalent.

AI Integration: Experience integrating APIs/AI models (TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI APIs, or custom ML models).

Deployment & DevOps:

Docker, Kubernetes, Nginx, GitHub Actions/Jenkins.

Cloud platforms: AWS/GCP/Azure.

CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch).

Version Control: Git/GitHub/GitLab.

Other Plus Points: Knowledge of Microservices, REST & GraphQL APIs, WebSockets, and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in building ERP or large-scale enterprise applications.

Exposure to AI/ML concepts, data pipelines, and AI-driven user experiences.

Knowledge of mobile development frameworks (React Native/Flutter) is a bonus.

Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per year
