Full Stack Web Developer

to join our team.

Role Overview

We're hiring a

Full Stack Web Developer

to develop, maintain, and optimize high-performance web platforms. This is an on-site role best suited for recent graduates or junior developers who are ready to work with modern technologies in real-time production environments.

Responsibilities

Frontend Development (ReactJS, Next.js)

Build responsive and performant UI using

ReactJS

and

Next.js

for SSR and static sites.

Backend Development (Node.js, Express.js)

Create robust APIs and backend services for data-driven applications.

Database Management (PostgreSQL + Prisma)

Design and maintain scalable relational schemas using

PostgreSQL

and manage queries with

Prisma ORM

.

Integration & DevOps Tools

Integrate communication flows via

Twilio

(SMS, voice, OTP) Use

Railway

for seamless hosting, CI/CD, and environment management Leverage

Cursor AI

and similar dev-assist tools to streamline code writing and improve workflow efficiency and many more

SEO & Optimization

Implement SEO best practices and optimize performance for Core Web Vitals, mobile responsiveness, and accessibility.

Testing & Documentation

Conduct testing, debugging, and maintain technical documentation for delivered features and systems.

Required Skills

Proficiency in

HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+)

Experience with

ReactJS, Next.js

Good command of

Node.js, Express.js

Understanding of

PostgreSQL

and experience with

Prisma ORM

Familiarity with

RESTful APIs

and basic version control (Git) Willingness to learn and work with tools like

Twilio, Railway, Cursor AI

Preferred Qualities

Strong problem-solving mindset Quick learner with interest in healthcare tech Good communication and collaboration skills Prior experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows (a plus, not mandatory)
