Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and passionate

Full Stack Developer Trainer

who can deliver high-quality instruction in

Data Science

and

Full Stack Development (Python, Java, MERN, and MEAN stacks)

. This role involves teaching, mentoring, and guiding students through hands-on projects and real-world scenarios to prepare them for industry demands.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct offline classroom sessions on

Python, Java, MERN (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js)

, and

MEAN (MongoDB, Express, Angular, Node.js)

. Design and deliver engaging training sessions on

Data Science

, including

machine learning, data analysis, and visualization

. Develop

course materials, assignments, and assessments

aligned with industry standards. Teach programming tools and frameworks like

React.js, Angular, Node.js, MongoDB, SQL, Flask/Django, Spring Boot, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Jupyter

. Guide learners in building

end-to-end applications

with front-end, back-end, APIs, and database integration. Provide technical assistance,

debug code

, and ensure best practices in coding and architecture. Mentor students through

real-time projects

, case studies, and

mock interviews

. Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends. Collaborate with the curriculum team to

update and enhance training modules

.

Qualifications

Educational Background:

B.Tech Computer Science, M.Sc. Computer Science, MCA (or equivalent).

Experience:

Minimum 3+ years in

Full Stack Development

and

Data Science

. Strong hands-on expertise in:

Front-End:

HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React.js, Angular

Back-End:

Node.js, Express.js, Python (Django/Flask), Java (Spring Boot)

Databases:

MongoDB, MySQL/PostgreSQL Proven experience with

machine learning, data analysis, visualization

using tools like

Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow

. Familiarity with

REST APIs, MVC architecture, and state management

. Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills. Prior teaching or training experience (3-5 years) is highly desirable.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of

DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes

. Experience with

cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

. Certifications in

Data Science

or

Full Stack Development

. Ability to adapt teaching methods for diverse learning styles.
