Key Responsibilities:
Conduct training sessions on
Full Stack MERN
technologies (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) and
Python
to students and professionals.
Prepare engaging course materials, practical exercises, and projects for hands-on learning.
Allocate
40% of your time to teaching
and mentoring students, ensuring a strong understanding of core concepts.
Work on development projects for
60% of your time
to stay updated with industry trends and bring real-world experience into training.
Collaborate with the curriculum development team to design cutting-edge content.
Provide personalized guidance and support to learners, helping them with coding challenges and industry-readiness.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in
Full Stack MERN technologies
: MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js.
Strong knowledge of
Python
programming.
Excellent communication and teaching skills.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
Freshers with excellent technical skills and passion for teaching are welcome.
Preferably
1 to 2 years of professional experience
in Full Stack Development or Training.
Familiarity with modern software development practices, tools, and workflows.
