We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain web-based applications supporting wastewater treatment operations, monitoring, and reporting systems. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineering and operations teams to build reliable, secure, and scalable digital solutions that support plant efficiency and regulatory compliance.
This role combines software development with real-world industrial applications, including data integration, dashboards, and automation tools.
Roles & Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain frontend and backend applications for wastewater treatment operations
Build dashboards and reporting tools for plant performance, water quality, maintenance, and compliance
Develop and maintain REST APIs and database systems
Integrate data from IoT devices, sensors, SCADA, PLCs, or third-party systems
Ensure application security, role-based access, and data integrity
Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability
Collaborate with process engineers, operations, and management to translate requirements into software solutions
Perform testing, debugging, documentation, and ongoing system maintenance
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
Strong knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular/Vue)
Strong backend experience (Node.js, Python, Java, or similar)
Experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
Familiarity with APIs, cloud services, and version control systems (Git)
Basic understanding of industrial systems, IoT, or data-driven applications is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally
