About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled

Full Stack Developer

with 5-8 years of professional experience to join our team as an

individual contributor

. This role requires hands-on expertise across modern web frameworks, backend systems, cloud infrastructure, and distributed task management. You will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining scalable applications that power our core products.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure web applications using

Next.js

(frontend) and

Django/Python

(backend). Architect and manage cloud infrastructure on

AWS

(EC2, ECS, S3, RDS, etc.). Containerize and orchestrate applications using

Docker

and

Kubernetes

. Implement authentication and authorization flows with

Auth0

. Design and optimize relational databases with

PostgreSQL

. Integrate and manage

Elasticsearch

for advanced search capabilities. Develop and maintain distributed task queues using

Celery workers and pools

. Ensure application performance, scalability, and reliability through monitoring and optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Own the full development lifecycle: coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

Required Skills & Experience

5-8 years

of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer. Strong proficiency in

Next.js, Django, and Python

. Hands-on experience with

AWS services

(EC2, ECS, etc.). Solid understanding of

Docker

and

Kubernetes

for containerization and orchestration. Experience with

Auth0

or similar identity management platforms. Advanced knowledge of

PostgreSQL

database design and optimization. Practical experience with

Elasticsearch

integration. Expertise in

Celery workers and pools

for distributed task management. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as an individual contributor. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with remote teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Familiarity with microservices architecture. Knowledge of monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.). Exposure to agile development methodologies.
