About the Role

RTH Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a

skilled Full Stack Developer

to join our innovative technology team. You will be responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining scalable web applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop responsive front-end interfaces and robust back-end systems. Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code across all layers. Participate in application architecture and feature design discussions. Debug, troubleshoot, and fix defects efficiently. Ensure responsiveness, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility. Optimize applications for speed, security, and scalability. Collaborate with designers, product managers, and stakeholders. Document technical specifications and contribute to knowledge bases.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. Proven experience as a

Full Stack Developer

or similar role. Strong knowledge of

HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue.js

. Back-end expertise with

Node.js, Python, Django, Java, Ruby on Rails, PHP

. Database experience:

SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB)

. Familiarity with

RESTful APIs & microservices architecture

. Experience with

cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

. Strong understanding of

Git & version control

.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with

Docker, Kubernetes

. Knowledge of

CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD)

. Familiarity with

Agile methodologies

and tools (Jira, Confluence). Experience with

TDD & automated testing frameworks

.
