Job Title: Full Stack Developer

Qualification:

B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related field (MCA also considered)

Job Purpose:

To design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications and internal business tools. The role requires expertise in both

front-end and back-end technologies

, with strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Application Development & Maintenance

Design, develop, test, and deploy web applications using modern frameworks. Build scalable APIs, integrate with third-party systems, and manage databases. Ensure responsiveness and cross-platform compatibility of applications.

Technical Design & Architecture

Participate in technical discussions, architecture design, and code reviews. Translate business requirements into technical specifications. Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Support

Work closely with product managers, business teams, and designers to deliver user-friendly solutions. Support internal business systems (CRM, ERP, HRMS) with enhancements and integrations.

Testing & Quality Assurance

Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices. Implement unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting. Ensure adherence to security and data protection standards.

Continuous Improvement

Keep updated with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions. Contribute to process automation and digital transformation initiatives within the company.

Skills & Competencies:

Front-End Technologies:

HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), React.js / Angular / Vue.js

Back-End Technologies:

Node.js / Python / Java / .NET (depending on stack) RESTful APIs, GraphQL

Database:

MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB / SQL Server

Other Tools & Platforms:

Git/GitHub, Docker, CI/CD pipelines Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) - added advantage

General Competencies:

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within deadlines

Preferred Background:

Prior experience in

enterprise application development

or

customer-facing portals

. Exposure to real estate/infra ERP, CRM, or analytics platforms will be an added plus.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
