Role Overview

We are seeking an Application Developer who will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining Product core features. You will work across the full technology stack, from crafting user-friendly front-end experiences to building scalable back-end systems and integrating AI-driven components.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure full-stack applications. Build and integrate core product features such as project management, time tracking, communication tools, and AI-powered components. Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers to deliver a seamless user experience. Optimize applications for speed, performance, and scalability. Implement robust API integrations with third-party services. Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems. Participate in code reviews, agile sprints, and collaborative brainstorming. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and bring innovative ideas to the product.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 4+ years of experience as a Full Stack/Front/Back-end Developer. Proficiency in front-end technologies: React.js, Typescript, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript. Strong experience in back-end development: Node.js, similar frameworks. Hands-on experience of Grafana, Prometeus and Loki Experience with databases: MySQL, CouchDB or MongoDB. Hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms: AWS/ GCP. Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL. Good understanding of security practices, authentication, and encryption. Experience in CI/CD pipelines, Git, GitHub and DevOps practices. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience working on SaaS or PaaS platforms. Exposure to AI/ML integrations. Knowledge of protocols (SMTP, IMAP, OAuth) and integrations. Familiarity with payment integrations (Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal). Startup or product development experience. Eager to learn mindset and Tech enthusiastic
