Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer proficient in React, .NET, SQL Server, and MongoDB to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, a collaborative mind-set, and the ability to work across the entire software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain web applications using React.js for front-end and .NET (C# / ASP.NET Core) for back-end. Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with front-end applications. Work with SQL Server (RDBMS) for relational data management and MongoDB (NoSQL) for unstructured or semi-structured data. Ensure code quality, security, scalability, and performance optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers. Implement best practices in software development, including CI/CD, code reviews, unit testing, and documentation. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications. Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's/ Master degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years of hands-on development experience in full stack roles. Strong expertise in: Front-End: React.js, Redux/Context, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/Typescript. Back-End: .NET Core / ASP.NET MVC, C#. Databases: SQL Server (stored procedures, triggers, query optimization) & MongoDB. Experience in building RESTful APIs / Micro services. Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus. Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
