About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated

Full Stack Developer

with strong expertise in

Node.js

and

React.js

, who can also take on the responsibilities of a

Team Lead

. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing a team, leading development efforts, and delivering high-quality software solutions across both front-end and back-end.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using

Node.js

(backend) and

React.js

(frontend) Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA teams to define project requirements and timelines Architect efficient and reusable front-end and back-end systems Ensure high code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and best practices Manage project planning, sprint execution, and delivery in Agile/Scrum environments Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and performance bottlenecks Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements for development processes Ensure security, performance, and scalability in all technical decisions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years

of professional full-stack development experience Strong expertise in

JavaScript/TypeScript

Node.js

,

Express.js

, and

React.js

Proficient in database design and development using

MongoDB

MySQL

, or

PostgreSQL

Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and third-party integrations Good understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) Solid experience in

version control (Git)

and Agile development methodologies Proven experience as a

team lead

or senior developer managing small to medium-sized teams Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Next.js, Redux, GraphQL, or Docker is a plus Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress) Experience in project estimation and resource planning
