About the Role
We are looking for a
Full Stack Developer
who can own features end-to-end - from backend APIs to frontend UI. You will work on our healthcare/EMR platform, building secure, scalable modules for doctors, patients, labs, pharmacy, and admins.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop and maintain
end-to-end web applications
for our healthcare platform.
Build secure, scalable backend services using
Spring Boot (Java)
and/or
Node.js
.
Develop responsive, modern UIs using
React.js
and
Next.js
.
Design and consume
RESTful APIs
and integrate with internal/external services.
Work with relational databases (e.g.,
PostgreSQL/MySQL
) and write efficient queries.
Implement best practices for
code quality
,
security
, and
performance
.
Collaborate with product, QA, and other developers to deliver features on time.
Participate in
code reviews
, technical discussions, and architecture decisions.
Write unit/integration tests and help maintain a stable production environment.
Document features, APIs, and technical decisions where needed.
Must-Have Skills
Strong hands-on experience with:
Backend:
Spring Boot with Java (mandatory), Node.js (good to have)
Frontend:
React.js and Next.js
Solid understanding of
REST APIs
, JSON, authentication/authorization (JWT, OAuth, etc.).
Experience with
database design
and working with SQL (PostgreSQL / MySQL) or NoSQL.
Good understanding of
HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript
and modern frontend patterns.
Familiarity with
Git / version control
and basic DevOps workflows (build, deploy).
Ability to break down requirements into clean, modular, reusable components and services.
Strong debugging, problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good-to-Have / Plus Points
Experience in
healthcare / EMR / hospital information systems
.
Exposure to
AWS or other cloud platforms
(EC2, S3, RDS, etc.).
Basic knowledge of
security practices
(encryption, data privacy, secure APIs).
Experience with
WebSockets / real-time features
(notifications, chat, live dashboards).
Familiarity with
DICOM / PACS / HL7
or medical imaging workflows (nice to have).
