We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.

In this role, you will:

• Analyzing business process requirement, data model design, system design and develop the service in accordance with IT standards, under DevOps and Agile principle.
• Providing timely production support, root cause analysis
• Providing professional consultancy and support timely for users\' queries or requests.
• Maintaining close communication with other IT teams and coordinate IT related stakeholder activities.
• Actively engaged in continuous improvement objectives defined by the IT Service Management controls.
• Taking ownership of assigned tasks and execute them as per agreed timelines and with minimal supervision.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Rich experience in SaaS platform performance, reliability and observability improvement
• Proficient in C# (.NET) or Java (Spring Boot)
• Proficient in UI/UX using JavaScript and framework Angular/React
• Familiar with scripting technologies using Python/Golang, configuration technology using Ansible/Terraform
• Proficient in microservice, Restful API design, GraphQL and development, experience in KONG API Gateway is a plus.
• Proficient in SQL/MySQL/Oracle/Postgres and performance improvement.
• Experience in Jenkins, CI/CD pipeline, test automation framework
• Familiar with Agile, RAD, Prototyping, DevOps methodology and to use JIRA, Confluence.
• Experience in ServiceNow implementation would be a plus.
