About Us:

We are an established company currently developing a powerful new SaaS platform aimed at transforming how service-based businesses manage their workflows. The platform is designed to be visually intuitive, fast, scalable, and incredibly easy to use.

You'll be joining our India-based tech division at an early stage and will work closely with our offshore leadership and design teams. This is a long-term, full-time opportunity with potential for growth into a lead role as the product scales.

What You'll Be Working On:

We're building a next-generation business management platform with features such as:

Order management and processing Team collaboration tools Email and cloud integration Time tracking and reporting Role-based user dashboards Accounting and billing system integrations
This is not a typical software project--it's an opportunity to shape a clean, modern product from the ground up using cutting-edge technology and user-first thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

Build, test, and deploy full-stack features using React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB Create and Translate Figma or UI mockups into responsive front-end components Develop secure APIs and integrate third-party services Handle authentication and role-based access for multiple user types Integrate cloud tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Outlook, and accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB) Manage version control, deployment, and basic server-side admin tasks Collaborate with the founder and UI/UX team to plan and deliver updates

Required Skills:

5-10 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer Strong knowledge of React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB Proficient in building REST APIs and managing database operations Familiarity with authentication, session management, and access control Strong HTML/CSS/JavaScript skills (Tailwind or Bootstrap is a plus) Experience with Git and deployment on VPS or cloud platforms

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

SaaS product development experience Knowledge of email sending systems (SMTP, OAuth integrations) Familiarity with CRON jobs or task scheduling Understanding of UI/UX best practices and performance optimisation Exposure to multi-user or subscription-based software
