Job Title Senior Full Stack Developer (Python / Java) Location Hybrid / Remote / Onsite (Specify location) Employment Type Full-time / Contract / C2H (Specify) Experience 7+ Years We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with 7+ years of hands-on experience in building scalable, high-performance web applications using Python and/or Java. The ideal candidate will take ownership of application architecture, mentor junior developers, and collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of end-to-end web applications Architect and implement scalable backend systems using Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI) and/or Java (Spring Boot) Develop and optimize frontend applications using React, Angular, or similar frameworks Design, build, and maintain RESTful and microservices-based APIs Make architectural decisions related to scalability, security, and performance Review code, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers Collaborate with product owners, architects, DevOps, and QA teams Troubleshoot complex production issues and improve system reliability Ensure high code quality, test coverage, and documentation Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and technical discussions Required Skills & Qualifications 7+ years of full stack development experience Strong expertise in Python and/or Java Extensive experience with backend frameworks: Python: Django, Flask, FastAPI Java: Spring Boot, Spring MVC Strong frontend experience with React, Angular, or Vue Expertise in REST APIs, Microservices architecture Solid experience with relational and NoSQL databases Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and performance Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines Good understanding of security best practices Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Good to Have Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes Experience with DevOps practices Exposure to event-driven architecture Experience in high-availability and distributed systems

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹373,744.94 - ₹1,598,233.06 per year
