This role involves working on key projects, managing application environments, and contributing to continuous technical improvements.

Role Responsibilities

Develop, enhance, and maintain web applications using the PHP Laravel framework based on defined business and technical requirements. Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code following standard development practices. Improve application performance by identifying and resolving bottlenecks and ensuring smooth functionality under varying load conditions. Work with MySQL databases, including query optimization and effective data structuring for high performance. Build and integrate RESTful APIs to support interactions between systems and expand application capabilities. Oversee server environments, including application deployment, regular updates, backups, and health monitoring. Use Git for version control, ensuring smooth collaboration and consistent code management. Apply secure coding practices to protect data and ensure development aligns with organizational security guidelines. Participate in code reviews and collaborate with team members to maintain code quality and consistency. Prepare and maintain technical documentation for code, processes, and system configurations. Coordinate with the UI/UX team to ensure seamless alignment between front-end and back-end development. Work with internal teams or clients to understand requirements, provide updates, and support successful project delivery. Diagnose and resolve issues in live applications, ensuring reliable performance and user satisfaction.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong command of PHP with proven experience in Laravel-based application development. Hands-on experience with MySQL or similar relational databases, including schema design and performance tuning. Solid understanding of MVC architecture and structured application development. Experience managing web servers such as Apache or Nginx, including configuration and monitoring. Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to support integration tasks. Proficiency in Git for version control and collaborative development workflows. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills across development and production environments. Interest in continuous learning and keeping up with evolving development technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields (or equivalent practical experience). Previous experience developing applications in Laravel within a structured development environment. Ability to work effectively across multiple tasks and deliver high-quality output within project timelines.
