We are seeking a highly capable Full Stack Developer who can work across backend, frontend, mobile, and cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate must be able to own modules or entire projects end-to-end, including architecture, development, deployment, and maintenance. Experience using AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Codex, and Claude AI is highly valued.
Education Qualification
Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities
Full Project Ownership
Take complete responsibility for full-cycle development of projects--from requirement analysis to architecture, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
Work independently to deliver high-quality, production-ready solutions with minimal supervision.
Collaborate cross-functionally when required, while maintaining accountability for end-to-end delivery.
Backend Development
Develop and maintain scalable backend applications using Node.js and NestJS.
Build REST APIs and microservices.
Implement job queues and background processes using Redis and BullMQ.
Ensure backend performance, reliability, and security.
Frontend Development
Build responsive, modular UIs using React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, HTML, CSS, and TypeScript.
Implement SSR, SSG, and ISR patterns where required.
Ensure accessibility, usability, and cross-browser compatibility.
Mobile Development
Develop mobile applications using React Native and Expo.
Manage app deployments to Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Database & Storage
Work with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
Design schemas, write optimized queries, and implement migrations.
Ensure data integrity and scalability.
Cloud & DevOps
Deploy applications on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Create and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
Work with Docker and Kubernetes (K8s) for containerized deployments.
Implement monitoring, logging, and performance tuning.
AI-Assisted Development
Use tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Codex, and Claude AI to accelerate development.
Maintain clean, maintainable, and scalable codebases.
Requirements
Technical Skills
Strong experience with Node.js, NestJS, React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, TypeScript.
Hands-on experience with React Native/Expo for mobile apps.
Proficiency in PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
Experience with Redis, BullMQ, and background processing.
Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, Git workflows.
Experience deploying to AWS / Azure / Google Cloud.
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native architectures.
App deployment experience on App Store and Play Store.
Ability to independently handle full-stack projects end-to-end.
