About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated

Cursor Driven Developer

who leverages AI-powered development tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, etc.) to accelerate coding, ensure high-quality delivery, and automate repetitive tasks. The role requires strong skills in

React, TypeScript, backend development, API integration, AI model building

, and the ability to provide

L2/L3 technical support

for complex issues.

Key ResponsibilitiesCursor-Driven Development

Use

Cursor AI

to enhance productivity in coding, debugging, and refactoring. Build fast prototypes, automate repetitive coding tasks, and improve code quality. Implement AI-assisted workflows to speed up full-stack development. Collaborate with team members to adopt Cursor-driven best practices.

Frontend Development

Build scalable and responsive UI using

React + TypeScript

. Develop reusable components and maintain code quality. Optimize frontend performance and user experience.

Backend & API Integration

Develop backend services using

Node.js / Python / Java

(as per project). Integrate RESTful APIs, authentication, data handling, and 3rd-party APIs. Work on SQL/NoSQL databases and backend performance optimization.

AI/ML Model Tasks

Build, fine-tune, or integrate basic

AI/ML models

for internal features or automation. Work with data pipelines, testing, and deploying AI models. Use AI tools to enhance model development cycles.

L2 / L3 Technical Support

Troubleshoot production issues, investigate logs, and perform root cause analysis. Identify recurring problems and implement long-term fixes. Work closely with support and engineering teams for issue resolution.

Team Collaboration & Motivation

Assist junior team members with AI-assisted workflows. Support project planning, sprint activities, and code reviews. Promote a positive, motivated, and innovative work culture.

Required Skills

Proficiency in

React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS

. Strong backend knowledge (Node.js / Python / Java). API design, integration, and debugging. Experience using

Cursor or similar AI coding tools

. Basic understanding of

ML/AI model development

. Familiarity with L2/L3 support processes. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Good to Have

Experience with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes). Cloud experience (AWS, GCP, Azure). Knowledge of microservices architecture. Automation scripting (Python/Node).

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
