We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work on designing and building end-to-end solutions--combining seamless front-end interfaces with efficient and high-performing backend systems. Key Responsibilities:
Application Development
Develop scalable and efficient web applications using Python and modern JavaScript frameworks (React.js, Next.js, etc.).
Write clean, efficient, and reusable code for both front-end and back-end components.
Collaborate in designing, developing, and maintaining backend systems using frameworks like Flask, or similar.
Implement APIs, integrations, and application workflows to support product features.
Technical Execution
Participate in architectural discussions to ensure application scalability, reliability, and performance.
Work on key modules, prototypes, and proof-of-concept solutions as needed.
Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards.
Support continuous improvement by identifying technical gaps and suggesting enhancements.
Collaboration & Coordination
Work closely with other developers, product managers, and designers to deliver cohesive solutions.
Translate project requirements into well-structured development tasks.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during development and deployment.
Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to best practices.
Required Qualifications and SkillsetTechnical Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Python and modern JavaScript frameworks (React.js)
Proficiency in Flask is mandatory.
Knowledge of backend frameworks will be considered an added advantage.
Experience working with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
Good understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and third-party integrations.
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps workflows.
Exposure to AWS services and Docker will be an added advantage.
