Full Stack Developer (React & NodeJS)

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled

Full Stack Developer

with a minimum of

10 years of professional experience

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end development, exceptional proficiency in React and NodeJS, and a strong background in UI/UX design. You will be responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of complex web applications, ensuring high performance and a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the full software development lifecycle

of web applications, from initial concept and design to deployment and maintenance.

Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure APIs

using

NodeJS

and related frameworks (e.g., Express.js, NestJS).

Build and maintain responsive, high-performance user interfaces

using

React.js

and its ecosystem (e.g., Redux, Context API, React Router).

Translate complex user requirements and business needs

into intuitive and visually appealing UI/UX designs.

Collaborate closely with product managers, stakeholders, and other developers

to define project requirements, timelines, and technical solutions.

Mentor junior developers

and provide technical guidance on best practices, code quality, and architectural patterns.

Troubleshoot and debug complex issues

across the entire stack, from front-end rendering to back-end logic and database queries.

Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies

and industry trends to continuously improve our development processes and product quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of professional experience

in full-stack web development.

Expert-level proficiency in front-end development

with

React.js

.

Expert-level proficiency in back-end development

with

NodeJS

. Proven experience in

designing and implementing UI/UX

principles and best practices. Licensed by Google Strong knowledge of

RESTful API design

and development. Extensive experience with database technologies, both SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB). Experience with

cloud platforms

such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure. Proficiency with

version control systems

(e.g., Git). Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with

TypeScript

. Familiarity with containerization technologies like

Docker

and orchestration tools like

Kubernetes

. Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Cypress). Knowledge of microservices architecture. A portfolio showcasing previous full-stack projects and UI/UX design work is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,285.10 - ₹15,500.00 per month
