Job Title:

Full-Stack Developer (Node.js + Next.js, PostgreSQL, Redis)

(Full-Time / Remote)

Responsibilities:

Develop backend services using Node.js (Express/Fastify, TypeScript), focusing on scalability and performance. Build modern, responsive frontend with Next.js (React, TypeScript). Implement server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and performance optimization techniques. Build and optimize

RESTful APIs

, microservices, and integrate third-party services (APIs, SDKs) for real-time data handling, including

VOIP

integration and support. Work with

queue management systems

(e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka) to manage asynchronous communication and message processing. Implement

WebSocket

for real-time communication in applications that require instant updates (e.g., chat, notifications). Ensure efficient integration of backend systems with frontend applications, ensuring smooth user interactions. Optimize data access patterns and caching using PostgreSQL and Redis, including job queues and pub/sub. Integrate LLM or third-party APIs to enable advanced features and automation. Write clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable code while adhering to best practices and project requirements. Write unit and integration tests, participate in code reviews, and contribute clear documentation. Implement best practices for concurrency, security, and transactional integrity. Deploy, monitor, and maintain services using Docker and Kubernetes. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues related to frontend performance, compatibility, and security. Ensure timely project delivery, meeting all deadlines as agreed with clients. Maintain clear communication on progress, potential roadblocks, and timelines with clients and project stakeholders.

Requirements:

2-4years experience in Node.js and Next.js (TypeScript). Hands-on expertise with PostgreSQL and Redis (caching, pub/sub, job queues). Experience integrating LLM, or other advanced APIs into production systems. Demonstrated ability to build scalable, high-concurrency systems. Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Git. Solid understanding of secure, compliant software development. Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. Effective time management skills, with the ability to meet project deadlines without compromising quality.

Nice to Have:

Prior work with WebSockets, real-time messaging, or telephony (e.g., Twilio, SIP, WebRTC). Familiarity with payment, billing, or digital wallet systems. Understanding of regulatory/compliance frameworks (GDPR, PCI-DSS, KYC, audit logging). Knowledge of monitoring tools and observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK). Frontend experience with advanced state management (Redux, Zustand, etc.). Background in designing or managing microservices and service mesh architectures. Contributions to open source or active participation in developer communities. Passion for learning and applying new technologies in scaling and automation.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
