We are seeking an experienced

Fullstack Developer

with strong expertise in

JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js), Python, and REST APIs

to design, develop, and integrate collaboration tools and digital workplace solutions. The ideal candidate should have proven experience working with

Slack APIs, Zoom SDKs, and webhook-based architectures

, as well as knowledge of

authentication protocols and Lucidchart integration

. This role requires both

hands-on technical skills

and the ability to

lead cross-functional initiatives

in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain

full-stack applications and integrations

for collaboration platforms (Slack, Zoom, intranet portals). Build scalable backend services and

RESTful APIs

using

Node.js and Python

. Develop robust integrations with

Slack APIs (Events API, Bolt SDK), Zoom SDK, and Lucidchart APIs

. Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms using

OAuth2 and token-based access

. Architect and manage

webhook-based communication flows

for real-time events. Create reusable components and contribute to

frontend development

for user-friendly collaboration experiences. Work closely with product, design, and IT teams to align solutions with business needs. Lead and mentor developers, ensuring best practices in coding, testing, and CI/CD pipelines. Drive

technical initiatives and cross-functional projects

in a fully remote setup.

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years

in full-stack or backend development roles. Proficiency in

JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js)

and

Python

. Strong experience with

Slack APIs (Events API, Bolt SDK), Zoom SDK, webhook architecture

. Knowledge of

OAuth2, SSO, token-based authentication, and permission scopes

. Experience with

Lucidchart embedding and integration APIs

. Strong knowledge of

system architecture, scalability, and performance optimization

. Proven track record of leading

technical projects and cross-functional collaboration

. Familiarity with

Agile/SCRUM methodologies, Git, CI/CD pipelines

. Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a

remote-first team

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
