About the Role:

We're building an AI-powered resume sourcing engine to automate and enhance

recruiting. As the Full-Stack Developer, you'll lead the development of the platform end-

to-end -- from API creation to recruiter-facing UI -- delivering a smooth and scalable

product experience.

Responsibilities:

? Design and develop RESTful APIs using FastAPI

? Implement resume upload, parsing, scoring, and tagging endpoints

? Build recruiter-facing UI with React.js and Tailwind CSS

? Handle file uploads (PDF/DOCX), preview rendering, and tagging workflows

? Connect to PostgreSQL for structured data and AWS S3 for resume storage

? Integrate 3rd-party services like resume parsers, GitHub APIs, Pinecone

? Collaborate with AI engineer and product owner to ship features fast

Qualifications:

? 4+ years in full-stack development

? Strong Python and JavaScript/TypeScript skills

? Experience with file handling, API integrations, and recruiter-style UIs

? Bonus: Exposure to resume parsing or recruiting software (ATS, HRTech)

Nice to Have:

? Understanding of resume structures and recruiter workflows

? Familiarity with semantic search or resume similarity matching
