Full-Stack Developer

About the Role:

We're building an AI-powered resume sourcing engine to automate and enhance

recruiting. As the Full-Stack Developer, you'll lead the development of the platform end-

to-end -- from API creation to recruiter-facing UI -- delivering a smooth and scalable

product experience.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop RESTful APIs using FastAPI


Implement resume upload, parsing, scoring, and tagging endpoints


Build recruiter-facing UI with React.js and Tailwind CSS


Handle file uploads (PDF/DOCX), preview rendering, and tagging workflows


Connect to PostgreSQL for structured data and AWS S3 for resume storage


Integrate 3rd-party services like resume parsers, GitHub APIs, Pinecone


Collaborate with AI engineer and product owner to ship features fast

Tech Stack:

Backend

: Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, AWS (S3, EC2)

Frontend

: React.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS

Search

: ElasticSearch or Pinecone

Tools

: Docker, Git, REST APIs

Qualifications:

4+ years in full-stack development


Strong Python and JavaScript/TypeScript skills


Experience with file handling, API integrations, and recruiter-style UIs


Bonus: Exposure to resume parsing or recruiting software (ATS, HRTech)

Nice to Have:

Understanding of resume structures and recruiter workflows


Familiarity with semantic search or resume similarity matching
