About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer (React.js/Next.js) with proven expertise in building large-scale web applications. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in core Web application software development, including a minimum of 2 years in React.js/Next.js, Node.js (API development), MongoDB, and DevOps tools.

Skills Required:

Education:

B.Tech (IT / CS), MCA, or M.Sc (CS/IT). Minimum 4 years in Core Web Application Software Development of large-scale systems. At least 2 years of hands-on experience in React.js/Next.js, Node.js (API Development), MongoDB, and DevOps tools. Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and Next.js. Solid understanding of Node.js, Express.js, and REST APIs. Hands-on experience with MongoDB (schema design, indexing, performance tuning). Familiarity with DevOps tools (Docker, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines). Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills. Good to Have Knowledge of TypeScript and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). Exposure to microservices architecture. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.

Job Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Web applications using React.js/Next.js. Build and manage RESTful APIs and services using Node.js. Implement and optimize MongoDB database schemas. Work with DevOps tools for CI/CD, deployment, and monitoring. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Ensure code quality, security, and performance best practices. Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications.
