Full Stack Engineer
A full stack developer working with a tech stack involving React.js, Node.js / Python framework, Oracle
Database, needs a diverse set of skills spanning frontend, backend, database, and DevOps practices such as
Terraform (Infrastructure as Code) and Jenkins (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment). Experience
working in AWS Fargate / lambda , cloud watch / logs.
Familiarity with AI tools such as GitHub Copilot or Cursor AI is a strong advantage.
Experience in Databricks is desired.
Frontend Skills (React.js)

• Core Web Technologies: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+) for structuring,

styling, and adding interactivity to web pages.

• React.js Expertise: In-depth knowledge of React library for building user interfaces, including

components, state management (hooks, Context API, Redux), routing (React Router), and integrating
with APIs.

• UI/UX Principles: An understanding of design principles and responsive web design to ensure an

intuitive user experience across all devices.

• Frontend Tooling: Experience with module bundlers and build tools like Webpack, Babel, or Vite.

Backend Skills (Node.js & APIs / Python API )

• Node.js Programming: Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript for server-side programming.

• Frameworks & Libraries: Experience with Node.js frameworks like Express.js for building robust

and scalable applications.

• API Development: Expertise in designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs, including

understanding HTTP protocols, authentication, and authorization mechanisms like OKTA.

• Business Logic: Ability to implement core business logic in the backend layer, ensuring efficient data

processing and communication with the database.
Database Skills (Oracle DB, PL/SQL)

• Oracle Database Management: Knowledge of Oracle DB architecture, management, and

optimization techniques.

• SQL and PL/SQL: Mastery of SQL for data manipulation and querying. Proficiency

in PL/SQL (Procedural Language/SQL) for creating and managing stored procedures and packages,
which is a specific requirement for the Oracle environment.

• Database Design: Skills in database schema design, data modeling, performance tuning (indexing,

query optimization), and ensuring data security.

• Connectivity: Understanding how to connect the Node.js application /Python API to the Oracle

database using appropriate drivers and connection pooling.
Cloud & DevOps Skills (Azure)

• Azure Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services / AWS for deploying and

managing applications.

• Deployment & Management: Experience with deploying, monitoring, and scaling applications in the

cloud environment.

• Containerization & Orchestration: Knowledge of Docker for containerizing applications and

potentially Kubernetes (for orchestration is highly valuable for modern deployment practices.

• CI/CD: Understanding and implementing Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)

pipelines or GitHub Actions.

• Security & Networking: Knowledge of security best practices, identity management and network

configuration for secure connectivity between services.
General & Soft Skills

• Version Control: Proficiency with Git and platforms like GitHub for source control and

collaboration.

• Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for debugging complex issues

across the full stack.

• Communication & Collaboration: Effective communication skills and the ability to work within

cross-functional teams using methodologies like Agile or Scrum.

• Testing: Skills in writing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests for both frontend and backend code
