About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Fullstack Developer with strong expertise in ReactJS and NodeJS to

design, build, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working

across both frontend and backend technologies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-

quality code in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and deploy high-performance, scalable web applications using ReactJS
(frontend) and NodeJS (backend).

Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver seamless user
experiences.

Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services. Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and responsiveness. Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following industry best practices. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems. Contribute to code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and frameworks.
Required Skills & Qualifications

7+ years of professional experience as a Fullstack Developer. Strong proficiency in ReactJS, Redux (or other state management libraries), JavaScript
(ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

Solid backend development experience with NodeJS, ExpressJS, and REST API design. Hands-on experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL,
MySQL).

Good understanding of authentication, authorization, and security best practices
in web apps.

Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus. Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, agile team environment.
Nice to Have

React Native experience (mobile app development). Experience with microservices architecture. Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Exposure to testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress).

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
