Job Title: Full Stack Developer (React with TypeScript, Python FastAPI, MongoDB)

Location: remote 1-2 days in month

Experience: Minimum 5 years

Employment Type: Contract 6 month

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React (TypeScript) for front-end development and Python (FastAPI) for back-end services. The ideal candidate should be proficient in designing and developing scalable applications, integrating APIs, and working with MongoDB as the primary database.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain responsive front-end applications using React with TypeScript. Build and optimize RESTful APIs using Python with FastAPI. Work with MongoDB for database design, schema modeling, queries, and performance optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, QA, DevOps) to deliver end-to-end solutions. Implement best coding practices, design patterns, and maintain high code quality. Debug, troubleshoot, and enhance application performance across both front-end and back-end. Ensure application security, scalability, and responsiveness. Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and provide mentorship when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer. Strong proficiency in React.js with TypeScript for modern, scalable, and maintainable front-end applications. Hands-on experience with Python (FastAPI framework) for back-end development and API creation. Solid experience with MongoDB including schema design, indexing, and query optimization. Experience in working on end-to-end development (front-end + back-end). Knowledge of version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus. Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) preferred. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

Experience with Microservices Architecture. Exposure to unit testing frameworks (Jest, PyTest). Knowledge of authentication/authorization (OAuth2, JWT).

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
