/ Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with expertise in

React (frontend)

and

Python (backend)

to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying scalable web applications with a focus on performance, user experience, and maintainability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Years of Experience: 5 Years

Key Skill Set:

Frontend:

React.js, Redux or Context API, TypeScript/JavaScript, Hooks, HTML5, CSS3, Responsive Design (Bootstrap, TailwindCSS)

Backend:

Python (Django / Flask), RESTful API development, Async programming

Databases:

PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB

DevOps/Tools:

Git, Docker, CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Jenkins), Postman

Testing:

PyTest, Unit Tests, Jest, React Testing Library

Cloud (preferred):

AWS, Azure, or GCP (basic services knowledge)

Soft Skills:

Problem-solving, clear communication, time management, team collaboration

Role & Responsibility

End-to-end Development:

Contribute to the full software development lifecycle - from planning and architecture to development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

Feature Ownership:

Take ownership of specific features/modules, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers to shape the user experience.

Innovation & Optimization:

Propose and implement improvements in architecture, performance, and development processes.
