Role Overview

We are seeking a

Senior Full Stack Engineer

with expertise in

Node.js and React

to join our team. This role requires a highly capable engineer with strong

analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills

who can learn and adapt quickly. Initially, you will be a key contributor in our

maintenance team

, resolving issues, improving performance, and implementing enhancements across our

critical products and platform

. Over time, you will also contribute to new feature development and architectural improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues across the platform. Maintain and enhance existing critical applications to ensure high availability and performance. Implement new features and enhancements using

React (frontend)

and

Node.js (backend)

. Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following industry best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Product Management, UX/UI) to deliver robust solutions. Investigate root causes of production issues and implement long-term fixes. Contribute to design discussions, code reviews, and architectural decisions. Ensure security, scalability, and performance across the full stack.

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years

of professional experience in full stack development. Strong expertise in

Node.js, Express.js (or equivalent frameworks)

for backend development. Strong expertise in

React.js (with hooks, context, Redux or equivalent state management libraries)

for frontend development. Solid understanding of

RESTful APIs, GraphQL (nice to have), and microservices architecture

. Proficiency in

JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript

. Experience with

SQL and NoSQL databases

(e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Familiarity with

cloud platforms

(AWS, Azure, or GCP) and

CI/CD pipelines

. Strong debugging, investigative, and problem-solving skills. Ability to quickly grasp new technologies and domain knowledge. Experience in

agile/scrum environments

.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Knowledge of

containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

. Experience with

testing frameworks

(Jest, Mocha, Cypress, etc.). Familiarity with

performance tuning and monitoring tools

. Prior experience maintaining or scaling

mission-critical systems
