Job Description

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with 0-2 years of experience in React with Next.js and Node.js with NestJS to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building scalable web applications using modern frameworks and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and optimize full-stack applications using Next.js (React) for the frontend and NestJS (Node.js) for the backend. Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless data communication. Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications. Work with relational and NoSQL databases for efficient data storage and retrieval. Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to create an intuitive user experience. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with proper documentation. Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms using JWT or OAuth. Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Front-End (React + Next.js):

Proficiency in React.js and Next.js (SSR, SSG, ISR). Strong understanding of TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+). Experience with Material UI (MUI) or Tailwind CSS for styling. Understanding of state management (Redux, Zustand, or Context API). Familiarity with React Hooks, Server Components, and API routes in Next.js.
Back-End (Node.js + NestJS):

Experience with NestJS framework (modular architecture, dependency injection). Proficiency in TypeScript and backend development best practices. Knowledge of RESTful API development. Experience with TypeORM for database management. Understanding of authentication & security best practices (JWT, OAuth).
Database & DevOps:

Experience with PostgreSQL or MongoDB. Familiarity with Redis or Firebase for caching and real-time data handling. Knowledge of Docker and containerized applications. Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, etc.). Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Vercel, or DigitalOcean (preferred).
Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Ability to work in an Agile development environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Prior experience in building scalable SaaS applications is a plus. Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest, Cypress, or Mocha.
