About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated Full Stack Developer with over 1 year of hands-on experience in React Native. You will be an integral part of our development team, taking ownership of features and contributing to the entire software development lifecycle. Your sharp eye for UI/UX and passion for building robust applications will be key to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and maintain high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using React Native. Architect and implement clean, responsive, and intuitive UIs with a strong focus on performance and user experience. Design, integrate, and consume RESTful APIs and backend services (Node.js, Express, Firebase). Debug, profile, and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to translate requirements into technical solutions. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices. Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with the team.

Required Skills & Experience:

1+ years of professional experience

in mobile app development with

React Native

. Strong proficiency in

JavaScript/TypeScript

and a deep understanding of the React/React Native ecosystem. Proven experience in building and shipping user-facing features with a strong

UI/UX sensibility

. Expertise in styling with

CSS, Flexbox

, and modern UI libraries (e.g., NativeBase, Tamagui). Hands-on experience with state management solutions like

Redux (Toolkit)

or

Context API

. Practical experience in integrating with

RESTful APIs

and handling asynchronous data.

Backend familiarity:

At least 1 year of exposure to Node.js, Express, and databases (SQL or NoSQL). Proficiency with version control using

Git

. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Nice to Have:

Experience with

Firebase

services (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Functions). Knowledge of automated testing suites (e.g., Jest, Detox). Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications. Understanding of native build tools (Xcode, Android Studio).
