About the Role

DT7 Solutions is looking for an experienced

Full Stack Developer

who can take ownership of projects end-to-end. The ideal candidate should be strong in both frontend and backend development, skilled in system architecture, and capable of leading a small development team effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of developers to deliver high-quality, scalable applications. Design and implement

robust, modular architectures

for web platforms. Develop dynamic and responsive UIs using

React.js

and

TypeScript

. Build and maintain secure backend services using

Django

and

REST APIs

. Implement

secure authentication and authorization

using

JWT / OAuth

. Work on

PostgreSQL

database design, performance tuning, and optimization. Configure and manage

Nginx

for efficient deployment and load balancing. Manage

GitHub repositories

, enforce best practices, and review pull requests. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers and backend developers. Troubleshoot and resolve performance and scalability issues. Define and maintain

coding standards, documentation, and architecture guidelines

. Participate in

CI/CD, DevOps processes

, and deployment automation. Research, evaluate, and recommend new technologies to enhance development efficiency. Contribute to

hybrid mobile app development

using React Native or similar frameworks (plus).

Required Skills

Expertise in

. Strong understanding of

authentication mechanisms (JWT, OAuth, etc.)

. Experience in

software architecture design

(a plus). Good leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Experience in

hybrid mobile development

(

React Native / Flutter

) is a plus.

Experience

Minimum

4+ years

of full stack development experience. Prior experience in

leading a team

is preferred.
