We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in Python (Django/Flask) and React.js to join our fast-paced development team. Responsibilities & Duties:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python (Django/Flask) for backend and React.js for frontend. Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions. Develop and integrate RESTful APIs ensuring secure, efficient, and high-performance data exchange. Optimize applications for speed, responsiveness, and scalability. Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices. Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and continuous process improvements. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex issues across the stack. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and propose improvements for architecture and workflow.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. More than 5 years of proven experience in full stack development. Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks like Django or Flask. Hands-on expertise with React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. Solid experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and ORMs. Proficient in version control systems. Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes preferred). Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Experience working on cloud platforms. Knowledge of GraphQL, WebSockets, or other modern web technologies. Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies. Programming & Frameworks: Proficient in Python with extensive experience using FastAPI for building high-performance APIs and microservices. Strong expertise in PostgreSQL and Azure SQL Database for relational data management. Hands-on experience with Application Insights for log monitoring and performance tracking. Skilled in using Microsoft Azure services, including: Azure Active Directory for identity and access management. Azure Graph APIs for directory data access and automation. Azure Blob Storage for scalable object storage. Azure Communication Services for real-time communication capabilities. Experience in setting up CI/CD pipelines and managing source code with GitHub and GitLab. Proficient in SonarQube for static code analysis and code quality checks. Familiar with Agile methodologies and best practices in Azure DevOps for end-to-end software delivery lifecycle. Comfortable working with Git, with solid understanding of branching strategies and versioning
