About the Role

We're looking for a versatile

Full Stack Developer

skilled in

Python, AWS, and JavaScript

, with proven experience in the

Travel or Tourism domain

.

You will design and deliver robust backend systems, scalable APIs, and cloud-integrated applications supporting

real-time booking, pricing, and data synchronization

for global travel products.

This role is ideal for an independent contributor who can

design, develop, and deploy cloud-native solutions

with minimal supervision, while collaborating closely with distributed teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesApplication Development

Design and implement high-performance, secure backend systems using

Python (Django/FastAPI/Flask)

and microservices architecture.

AWS Cloud Engineering

Utilize

AWS services

(Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, API Gateway, CloudWatch) to build and optimize scalable, low-latency applications.

API Development & Integration

Design, document, and maintain

RESTful APIs

for B2B/B2C travel services (booking engines, fare search, payment gateways, GDS integrations).

Frontend Collaboration

Work with

JavaScript frameworks

(React.js / Node.js) for client-side integration and dynamic UI experiences.

Database Management

Design and maintain

PostgreSQL/MySQL

databases, ensuring performance optimization and data integrity.

DevOps & CI/CD

Implement

CI/CD pipelines

, automate deployments, and support infrastructure monitoring and scaling.

System Design & Architecture

Contribute to

architecture discussions

on scalability, modularity, and API security.

Collaboration

Partner with

Product, QA, and DevOps

teams in an agile setup to deliver travel technology products on schedule.

Must-Have Skills

Backend:

Strong hands-on experience with

Python (Django, Flask, or FastAPI)
