Analyze functional requirements, design and implement solutions . Create technical design of application components in distributed Web / Cloud platform . Code, test, and deploy application components with local and offshore developers within a Scrum team. . Responsible for delivering high quality code that meets our KPI . Work with test engineers to ensure minimum defects are introduced into QA . Ability to look beyond the status quo and identify areas of constant change/improvement. Your team You\'ll be working in CDIO Asset Management in Pune. You will be accountable for the successful and timely delivery of projects primarily in Guideline Monitoring domain. It is a development role that entails working within a scrum team located in Pune, Zurich, or London . You will work with other partner teams in multiple geographic locations around the world. Your expertise . Should have 8+ years\' experience in Advanced SQL and PL/SQL Programming. . Should be proficient in Oracle and SQL Server programming concepts - Stored Procedures, Functions, Packages, Indexes, Views, Cursors etc. . Should have good experience in Performance Tuning, Exception Handling and Troubleshooting . Hands on experience in database migration from Oracle to SQL Server will be a big plus . Good development & hands-on experience - (using .Net, Python etc.), . Able to develop and integrate API using .Net Frameworks . Know how to use build/Integration tools like Gitlab . Highly proficient in leading & mentoring Agile Scrum Teams with continuous & quality delivery . Exposure to financial services IT background . Knowledge in cloud infrastructure (MS Azure is desirable) . Proven experience in working across all stages of IT projects in complex and demanding environments and having strong analytical and problem-solving skills. A team player who could partner with other IT teams and comfortable working in a team with diverse backgrounds and cultures. . Experience in work with colleagues from other locations and time zone . Good written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English. . Bachelor\'s degree in computer science or equivalent.
