Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled

MERN Stack Developer

with

1.5 years of experience

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of

MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js

along with hands-on experience in

frontend and backend development

. You will be responsible for developing scalable web applications, optimizing performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable

full-stack applications

using

MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js

. Write

clean, efficient, and reusable code

following best practices. Develop

RESTful APIs

and integrate with frontend applications. Work with

MongoDB

to design efficient database structures and queries. Build responsive

UI components

and ensure cross-browser compatibility. Debug and troubleshoot application issues to ensure smooth functionality. Optimize applications for

speed and scalability

. Collaborate with designers, developers, and other team members for seamless project execution. Follow Agile development methodologies and participate in

scrum meetings

.

Required Skills:

? Strong proficiency in

MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js

(MERN Stack).
? Experience with

Redux, Hooks, Context API, or other state management tools

.
? Proficiency in

JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS3

.
? Hands-on experience in building

RESTful APIs

and integrating them with frontend applications.
? Experience with

version control systems

(Git, GitHub, or Bitbucket).
? Strong understanding of

database design, indexing, and performance tuning

in MongoDB.
? Knowledge of authentication and security best practices (JWT, OAuth, etc.).
? Experience with

Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms

(AWS, Firebase, etc.) is a plus.
? Familiarity with

unit testing

using Jest, Mocha, or other frameworks.
? Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Familiarity with

GraphQL

and microservices architecture is a plus. Knowledge of

TypeScript

is an advantage.
