About the Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who can independently handle end-to-end

development of projects -- from planning and architecture to deployment and maintenance.

The role involves building custom in-house software solutions for our internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

? Plan, design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain custom web applications

? Develop Admin Panels, Dashboards,backend APIs and Custom Web Applications

? Build SEO-friendly websites with optimized performance

? Manage, optimize, and secure databases (MongoDB / SQL / PostgreSQL)

? Implement secure authentication, authorization, and data protection

? Deploy applications on cloud servers and manage environments securely

? Handle server security, environment variables, backups, and basic monitoring

? Troubleshoot production issues and provide effective solutions

? Collaborate with internal teams to understand business requirements

Required Skills (Must Have)

? NEXT.JS (NEST)

? MERN Stack - MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js

? Strong understanding of REST APIs]

? Good problem-solving and debugging skills

Additional Skills

? SQL / Database Knowledge

? Python

? React Native

? PostgreSQL

? AWS (EC2, S3, basic cloud services)

? Cloud deployment & server management

? Github/ Git / Version Control
