We're seeking passionate, self-driven sophomores and juniors to join our remote internship program. As part of our team, you'll gain hands-on experience building real AI applications that solve actual business problems in the eCommerce space.

Position Overview

As a Senior Full-Stack Developer at i95Dev, you will be at the forefront of modernizing our suite of enterprise applications. You'll play a key role in transitioning legacy .NET systems to cutting-edge, React-based architectures, and building high-performance APIs with Node.js. You will also be responsible for database optimization, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring our applications are secure, stable, and scalable.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the transformation of monolithic legacy .NET applications into modular, scalable systems using modern frameworks Design and develop performant front-end components using React.js Build robust server-side APIs and backend logic with Node.js Optimize SQL Server databases for high availability, performance, and scalability Ensure security best practices across the application architecture Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to deliver features on time Mentor junior developers and establish best practices for code quality and architecture Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions

Technical Requirements

Strong programming fundamentals and problem-solving skills Experience or coursework in AI/ML concepts, particularly natural language processing Hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT, Claude, etc.) and understanding of their capabilities Familiarity with prompt engineering concepts and techniques Experience with Python is required; knowledge of frameworks like Flask or FastAPI is a plus Understanding of RESTful API design principles

Self-motivated with a bias for action and the ability to work independently Strong communication skills, especially in a remote work environment Excellent time management and organizational abilities Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced startup environment Enthusiasm for experimentation and iterative developmen

Educational Requirements

A minimum of 8 years in full-stack development, with substantial expertise in front-end and back-end technologies. At least 3-4 years of focused experience in React.js. Strong background in Node.js and SQL Server. Experience with .NET and knowledge of migrating legacy systems to modern frameworks. Familiarity with PLASMIC or similar design tools is preferred.

Work Environment

Flexible hours with core overlap periods for team collaboration Must have reliable internet connection and personal computer capable of development work
